Aftercare following the Shape Booster treatment:
To optimally support the body after the treatment, we recommend:
✔ drink enough water (at least 1.5 – 2 liters)
✔ Light exercise such as walking to stimulate blood circulation and lymphatic flow
✔healthy nutrition to support the body in eliminating fat and waste products
✔ limit alcohol and heavy meals during the first 24 hours
This helps the body eliminate released fat and waste products more quickly and enhance the results of the treatment.
